Refund Policy

Our Promise

We stand behind the quality of every bottle. If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect product, we will replace it or issue a full refund.

Eligibility

• Report issues within 48 hours of delivery
• Share a photo/video of the damaged or incorrect product
• Product must be unused and in original packaging for returns

Non-Refundable

• Opened or partially used products (unless quality issue)
• Change of mind after delivery
• Orders with incorrect address provided by customer

Refund Process

Once we verify the issue, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are credited via UPI or bank transfer.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel.
